- Can I add more than one stamp at a time?
- Yes. When you scan, choose how many stamps to add, for example two for two coffees. If you make a mistake, you can undo it within 5 minutes.
- Should my café use stamps or points?
- Stamps work best when most orders are similar, like one coffee per visit. If order sizes vary a lot, points based on the amount spent are fairer. You can switch until your first customer joins.
- Do my customers need to download an app?
- Yes, the free Beewa app. They scan your Join QR, create an account, and your card appears on their phone. It takes about a minute.
